BRIGHT ANNEALED WIRE

Bright annealed wire refers to high-quality metal wire that is annealed in an oxygen free environment. This annealing process is usually carried out in a vacuum furnace to prevent the metal from reacting with oxygen at high temperatures, thereby preventing oxidation and other adverse phenomena from occurring. It has been widely used in manufacturing key components in precision instruments, electronic devices and Aerospace.

Tensile strength: 300-400N/MM2 or 420-550N/MM2
